NatureSeal liquid core skillet is uniquely constructed to provide rapid "balanced" heat over the entire cooking surface. The heating element is suspended in a liquid-oil that is permanently sealed between two layers of T304 stainless steel. The skillet is completely submersible for easy cleaning.  Stock# 7610-9

Too often cooking takes the nutrients and flavor out of food by boiling it away, however, by using this stainless steel cookware, lower temperatures can be used. Lower temperatures prevent food shrinkage and make cooking more energy-efficient.
